Your Reputation Precedes You

 Klaxxi, August Celestials, and Shado-Pan gear. All of this gear is now available for Justice Points regardless of your reputation with the respective factions.

The fastest way to earn Justice Points is by running dungeons (particularly Heroic dungeons), but they can be earned through Scenarios and even converted from Honor points if you prefer (though you’re probably better off just buying the Honor gear . . . more on that later). Once you’ve got some Justice Points saved up, head off to the quartermaster at Niuzao Temple in Townlong Steppes to get some sweet, sweet epics.

Psylocke Is an omega level telepath. Her powers were fully unlocked by the Age of Apocalypse Jean Grey.  wow items She has the power of telepathy being able to read and project thoughts over long distances, control minds, cut off and tap into other's powers; affect people's memories, project mental illusions, use psi-bolts that could stun, hurt or kill others. When she uses her telepathy she also creates a butterfly-shaped energy aura which would appear around her face and that of the person she's using her powers on. Psylocke also has the power of telekinesis able to lift objects up to 100lbs and can create a katana that is made of pure psi-power.  buy wow items Her telekinetic powers can be used to increase her physical capabilities too. Aside from her powers Psylocke is a master martial artist, ninja and assassin.
